1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hain Science platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2Intended Use

The Service is designed for professional cannabis cultivation facilities and agricultural researchers. Users acknowledge that biological systems are complex and subject to variables outside the scope of this software (e.g., pests, genetic drift, nutrient lockout).

3Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hain Science LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated predictions.
• We are not responsible for HVAC equipment settings derived from our reports.

4User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials (via Clerk) used to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided CSV data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hain Science LLC. The "Thermodynamic Engine" logic and proprietary AI prompts are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.

6Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., sharing accounts, attempting to reverse-engineer the API).
